If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing shop@thecatandthemoon.ie.
Once you have notified us of your decision, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Returned items should be sent back in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been fulfilled or dispatched.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications, are clearly personalised, or to any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.
This statutory right is separate from our 30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy, which offers additional benefits to our customers.
