Each item is carefully packaged in the presentation packaging of the individual maker. Where requested, we are happy to provide gift wrapping or include a gift message for special occasions. Gift wrapping and any additional branding will be presented in The Cat & The Moon livery.

Guarantee of Quality
The Cat & The Moon guarantees that all products sold through this website are designed and made in Ireland.
We work directly with skilled Irish designers and makers who personally create the collections offered on our site. This guarantees that each purchase is a unique, authentic piece of Irish craftsmanship.
Hallmarking
Where jewellery items are described as Sterling Silver or Gold, they are hallmarked in accordance with Irish law by the Irish Assay Office, Dublin Castle.
Irish hallmarking is an internationally recognised guarantee of metal quality. All jewellery sold in Ireland that claims to be sterling silver or gold of a specific carat must, by law, carry the appropriate Irish hallmark.
Payments
Our online store is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal — card payments can be processed directly through their service.

Order Cancellation
Payment is authorised at the time an order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at shop@thecatandthemoon.ie, quoting your name and order number.
