About the Artist

Kaiko are Linda and Maciej — partners in both life and creativity. With backgrounds in interior architecture and concrete construction, the couple bring together a love for design, craftsmanship, and the natural world. They have a shared passion for hiking through Wicklow’s wild landscapes which fuels them creatively, grounding their in a deep connection to nature.

"We're endlessly fascinated by sacred geometry and draw inspiration from its harmony and symbolism in both our work and way of living. Holistic and sustainable practices are at the heart of everything we do — from the materials we choose to how we craft each piece by hand."

The creative couple believe in always staying curious. They regularly take part in craft workshops and creative classes, often outside of their practice and disciplines. The experiences keep Maciej's and Linda's perspective fresh, their approach to designing new, and in unexpected ways. They maintain some of their most-loved and successful pieces were born from experiments or happy accidents — very much in their ethos - while others are still evolving, resting on what they fondly call the “learning curve” shelf.
