We sometimes need to set these gemstones to order. This may lead to approx. 4 - 6 weeks before shipment takes place.

Due to the use of natural semi-precious gemstones, slight variations in colour and tone may occur compared to the images shown. This is part of what makes each piece unique.

The Blue Moon collection was created by Martina Hamilton in celebration of the moon, it's subtle influence that has helped create, influence and sustain the nature of life on earth. Along the wild Atlantic way where Martina lives its influence is powerfully felt each day as it draws tide against shore, and then away again in a relentless cycle.

This pendant in hallmarked sterling silver is given gentle lunar like texture before being highly polished and then set with a semi precious stone of your choosing. You might choose a stone to celebrate your birth month, or that of a loved one to who you are gifting, or simply pick your favorite colour. The choice of standard stones will be offered when you add this item to your cart.

About the Artist

Jewellery designer, artist and founder of The Cat & The Moon, Martina Hamilton has been creating award-winning collections from her Sligo studio for over thirty years. Her work is inspired by the wild beauty of Ireland’s northwest coast—shaped by light, landscape and a deep sense of place.

Every design begins with her connection to the landscape. The movement of the tide, the texture of stone, the shifting light—all find quiet expression in her jewellery, handcrafted in precious metals and made to be worn, cherished and passed on.
