'The prehistoric passage tomb at Newgrange. Newgrange is an incredible place to visit. It connects us to a time in our history which is lost in mystery and is a testament to man's quest for understanding. I haven't had the fortune to experience the illumination of the passage tomb at the Winter Solstice and can only try to imagine the beauty of the moment.'

About the Artist

Like so many good ideas Fab Cow began with a simple sketch on a napkin and a shared desire to create something meaningful. From that first conversation Irish artist Francis Leavey his partner Bernie Cryan brought Fab Cow into being

From such a humble beginning, creating and framing work around a kitchen table in 2013, always remaining rooted in a desire to inspire people to find the beauty in themselves and the world around them Fab Cow has grown into one of Ireland's most cherished celebrated art brand .

Every piece of art is created through Fran's unique artistic lens. His work has been selected for numerous international and domestic exhibitions with his paintings and drawings most recently displayed at the renowned RHA Gallery and with the Royal Society of Painters in Watercolour in London.
