About the Artist

Tamzen Lundy creates handmade felted gifts using traditional wet felting techniques and 100% natural wool fibres. Every item is crafted with care, sustainability, and creativity in mind; from whimsical ornaments to practical pieces with a playful twist.

Based in County Kildare, Ireland, her work is inspired by Irish landscapes, folklore, and the natural world. As one of the oldest textile crafts in the world, wet felting connects us to the past while offering endless potential for modern, imaginative design. It involves soaking wool in soap and water, rolling it to create a smooth and strong piece of fabric. Tamzen is passionate about providing high-quality, eco-friendly wool gifts that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.

Her sustainably made felt products are perfect for nature lovers, storytellers, and anyone looking for something truly unique. With a background in working in fast fashion, Each piece is intentionally crafted by hand in small batches. This results in a quirky range of whimsical creatures and decorations many of which are one-of-a-kind! Tamzen hopes they'll bring smiles.

She uses her sales to fund my Textile Art Practice of larger textile art pieces, which she also exhibits and sells.
