Established to serve the village of Foxford over a century ago, Foxford Woolen Mill sits on the banks of the River Moy in rural County Mayo, Ireland. The mill is best described as a longstanding collaboration between the mill operators, the Foxford community and the many creative partners who work with them both. The mill has been manufacturing the finest wool throws and blankets for over 130 years; meaning the Foxford heritage is quite literally woven into the fabric of traditional Irish textiles. They are custodians of our weaving heritage who oversee an enduring harmony between contemporary design and traditional quality.
