Seashore hallmarked yellow gold earrings and the Seashore Collection is inspired by random fragments and textures of wild Atlantic sea shells scattered along the beaches of north County Sligo. The collection also seeks to reflect the soft textures that the action of the sea imparts on rugged coastal outcrops that buttress the Sligo coast against the relentlessness of The Atlantic Ocean. .

About the Artist

Jewellery designer, artist and founder of The Cat & The Moon, Martina Hamilton has been creating award-winning collections from her Sligo studio for over thirty years. Her work is inspired by the wild beauty of Ireland’s northwest coast—shaped by light, landscape and a deep sense of place.
