These tiny works of art created by Cora Cummins, are hand painted onto porcelain discs, finished with a glossy transparent glaze and a little 23 carat gold lustre detailing. Both sides are painted in different colours, creating 2 sets of earrings and hung on gold filled hoops. As each pair are hand painted, they may differ from the image.

About the Artist

For as far back as she can remember, Cora Cummins would tell everyone that she was going to be an artist when she grew up. She followed through. Graduating from DCCI's Pottery Skills course, Cora worked as a production potter, became the Ceramics Tutor at Dungarvan College, before fate and a personal tragedy brought her back to the healing power of creativity and her childhood aspirations.

Today, Cora is one of Ireland's most distinctive ceramic artists, participating in leading ceramic showcase exhibitions, as well as producing her remarkable collections of hand made pottery and stunning jewellery collections, all from her studio in scenic west Wexford.

"I intend for my art to be used and incorporated into a way of life; of owning less and loving what you own. I want whoever connects with my work to love it as much as I love creating it."
